Cat & Mouse, from Ravensburger, is a fun family game with a holey wedge of cheese in the middle of the board. There are ladders attached to the cheese and the mice climb up and slide through the holes. There are 2 dice - one for the mice to move, and one for the cat. The cat is bigger than the mice, and hollow, so if the cat lands on a square where there is a mouse, it traps the mouse (unless the mouse is safe) by sitting on top of it. The mouse is only trapped until the cat moves on again, but the player cannot move if their mouse is trapped.
There are variations of the rules for younger and older players.
