Returns Policy
BC Playthings is happy to accept returns for exchange or store credit on most items, as long as they are returned in good condition, within 30 days of purchase. Please bring in the item and your receipt. We accept returns of unopened toys with tags intact up to 30 days of purchase for exchange or store credit only, with the exception of defective items, as per the manufacturer.
