Cardinal - Embroidery Stitch Sampler, from Kiriki Press
A great introduction to stitches used in embroidery patterns, with a result you can frame and keep or give away.
Each stitch type is printed right onto the fabric with an easy-to-follow lettered guide. You will get to practice the stitch several times on the sampler, including a finished piece in the centre.
You will learn the Woven Wheel, Long & Short Stitch, Ray Stitch, French Knot, Chain Stitch, and Open Fishbone Stitch.
The sampler pack includes a screen printed pattern on cotton, a range of DMC embroidery floss, a no. 9 embroidery needle, a link to a downloadable online guide and screen printed packaging (ideal for gift giving!).
You will also need a 6" embroidery hoop and scissors

The finished sampler is 8.5"x8.5", fits onto a 6" hoop for framing.
